Rock Climbing Injury Clinic Series: Fingers and hands

In this 5-part clinic series, we will explore the most common injuries suffered by climbers throughout the body. We will cover their signs, symptoms, and most common causes, while learning of the relevant anatomy in each section.

We will then discuss methods of injury prevention as well as predisposing factors, and how to recognize early signs that an injury may be developing.

Each clinic will be followed up by a Q&A period and will be hosted in both French and English.
