About the event
In this series of 5-part courses, we'll take a look at the most common injuries suffered by climbers, from head to toe. Each session will break down the specific signs, symptoms and causes of each type of injury, while exploring the relevant anatomy.
We will also cover effective strategies for preventing injuries, identifying risk factors and recognising warning signs.
Each clinic will be interactive, with a question-and-answer period.
Your participation gives you access to a preferential rate for a day of climbing at Café Bloc. We invite you to come and climb before or after the conference! If you are an active member (EFT), don't forget to select the reduced rate reserved for you.
For optimum organisation, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session. Allow a little more time if it's your first visit to Café Bloc, to complete the administrative formalities.
